Tango Innovations stands behind the quality and performance of our products and is committed to supporting both our dealers and end users to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Dealers may return products to Tango Innovations that were returned by end users within Dealers’s standard 30-day return window, subject to normal RMA approval. While the standard return window applies to end-user purchases, Tango Innovations does not limit returns strictly to these cases. Other return requests (such as inventory adjustments, product issues, or special situations) may be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis in cooperation with Dealers. Our goal is to maintain a flexible and cooperative partnership with our dealers.
All Tango Innovations products include the following manufacturer support:
3-Year Manufacturer Warranty
The warranty period is 3 years. If the device experiences any issues within this period, a replacement will be sent to the customer. The warranty covers failures caused by electronic components or other internal issues inherent to the device. It does not cover damage resulting from external forces or intentional misuse.
Lifetime Service Support
After the warranty period, we continue to support our products with lifetime service, including paid repair options when applicable.
